Professional Highlights 
Ms. Fuchs brings to the Board extensive executive management, content and branding skills, along with a strong record of implementing transformational operational and marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. As Group President for Growth Brands Division and Digital Ventures at J.C. Penney Company (Previous: NYSE JCP) (2010-2012), Ms. Fuchs led strategy and P&L for two digital retail sites, driving sales and revenue growth through digital innovation. During her tenure as Senior Vice President at Hearst Magazines (1994-2000), Ms. Fuchs played a key role in developing and executing growth strategies that were instrumental in doubling the group's profits while overseeing six major global publications. She has also held executive leadership roles at leading publishing companies, including Condé Nast, Hachette and CBS, and has served as a consultant to companies on digital initiatives and during her senior executive positions at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (OTCMKTS: LVMUY) and Phillips de Pury & Luxembourg.

Ms. Fuchs previously served on the board of Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) between 2005 and 2022.
