Professional Highlights 
Ms. Ferguson is a seasoned executive who brings to the Board a proven track record of strategic planning and transaction execution. Throughout her leadership positions with investment firms, including her current position as Principal at Scarlett Investments LLC (since 2013), and as the former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cleveland Avenue (2015-2020), a venture capital investment company, Ms. Ferguson has overseen and executed a wide range of financial transactions, including equity and debt financing, that support corporate growth projects and drive operational improvements. She leverages this experience to advise corporate boards on acquisitions and divestitures, in order to streamline operations and facilitate growth. She previously served as CFO at the Folgers Coffee Company (2008) and at Merisant Worldwide (2007-2008), affording her a comprehensive understanding of in-depth financial planning, accounting and reporting.

Ms. Ferguson has served on several public company boards, such as Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) (since 2020), 
Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) (since 2019), Invacare (Previous NYSE: IVC) (2018-2022), and Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FYBR) (2014-2021).
