Professional Highlights
Mr. Bousa brings to the Board more than three decades of experience in senior leadership roles in the mutual fund industry as an investment professional. His experience spans financial analysis, risk management and business and capital strategy. He spent 20 years at Wellington Management Company LLC, where he served as Partner and Team Leader of the Quality Value Equity Investment Strategies from 2005 until his retirement in June 2020. In this role, he led a global investment team as the team’s equity assets under management grew from $20 billion in 2003 to $90 billion prior to his retirement. He regularly engaged with public company management teams and boards on strategy, capital allocation and governance matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bousa held senior investment roles at Putnam Investments (1992-2000) and Fidelity Investments (1983-1992), and he began his career as a commodity merchandiser at Louis Dreyfus Corporation.

Mr. Bousa qualifies as an Audit Committee Financial Expert under SEC rules and currently serves on the boards of Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMCL) (since 2021), and Corebridge Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CRBG) (since 2024). He previously served as a director of Azenta, Inc. (2024-2025).
