Professional Highlights 
Mr. Bisson brings more than 30 years of experience advising global technology companies from his time with McKinsey & Company, where he most recently served as Director and Global Leader of the High-Tech Practice, and as current Senior Advisor and a member of the Portfolio Committee at Brighton Park Capital (since 2019), a growth equity investment firm focused on software, healthcare and technology enabled services. While at McKinsey, Mr. Bisson guided multiple global public companies through the development and execution of transformation strategies, providing him deep experience in IT infrastructure, operational efficiency initiatives, M&A, marketing, data architecture and enterprise technology strategies. He also oversaw the firm’s development as Chair of its Knowledge Committee, identifying business priorities and thought leadership opportunities, and guiding investment, marketing and communication strategies.

Mr. Bisson currently serves on the board of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) (since 2015).
