Richard J. Bressler, President, Chief Operating Officer of iHeartMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: IHRT) and CEO of the iHeartMedia Multi-Platform Group, has over three decades of leadership experience overseeing strategic, financial, business development and technology functions. As former Managing Director at private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners (2006-2013), he also has extensive experience in strategic M&A as well as identifying and executing on high-impact investment opportunities.  Mr. Bressler has held multiple Chief Financial Officer roles, including Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (2013-2019), Viacom Inc. (2001-2005) and Time Warner, Inc. (1995-1999) and was previously a partner at the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Mr. Bressler has served on the board of iHeartMedia, Inc. since 2007 and qualifies as an Audit Committee Financial Expert under SEC rules.
