Professional Highlights 
Mr. Pagliuca has over three decades of senior leadership experience in corporate strategy and operations and possesses extensive knowledge of capital markets and the global information technology industry. As current Senior Advisor (since 2023) and as former Managing Director of Bain Capital Private Equity, LP, Mr. Pagliuca has provided strategic guidance to portfolio companies across industries. He played an instrumental role in the transformation of Bain Capital as a leading private investment firm, having served as Co-Chairman between 2016 and 2023, and founded its private equity fund, Information Partners, where his efforts led to the firm having over $75 billion in assets under management. Mr. Pagliuca is currently the principal owner and Co-Chairman of Atalanta, the Serie A football club based in Bergamo, Italy and the former Co-Owner and Managing General Partner of the Boston Celtics.

Mr. Pagliuca has served on the boards of Coherent Corp. (NYSE: COHR) since 2021 and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) since 2026.
