Professional Highlights 
Mr. Grabe is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience at International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM), where he played a key role in driving global growth strategies while overseeing marketing initiatives for the company’s entire software and services portfolio in the U.S. and globally. He was instrumental in the launch of the AS400 computer system and served as a founding board member of the Integrated Systems Solutions Corp. (now IBM Global Services), contributing to a pivotal development in IBM’s systems integration service offerings to businesses and governments. After IBM, Mr. Grabe joined General Atlantic LLC, a global private equity firm, as a Managing Partner (and later as an Advisory Director) where he was a founding member of its technology business and played a leading role in the firm’s international expansion across markets such as Europe, India and China.

Mr. Grabe has held numerous board roles at companies such as Lenovo Group Limited (OTCMKTS: LNVGF), Infotech Enterprises Limited (BSE: IBINFO.BO), Compuware Corporation (Previous: NASDAQ: CPWR), Patni Computer Systems Ltd. (Previous: NYSE: PTI) (now known as iGate Computer Systems Limited), and QTS Realty Trust Inc (Previous: NYSE: QTS).
